100 Books Before Graduation 100 Books Before Graduation is a free reading initiative from Swanton Public Library designed to inspire students in grades 6-12 to read 100 books before they graduate. Reading can provide stress relief, increase empathy, improve vocabulary, and develop writing skills. Teens are challenged to read 100 books of their choice and to write 4 (short but thoughtful) book reviews, one for every 25 books read. All challengers receive prizes after finishing 25, 50, and 75 books; finishers who reach 100 books receive a $100 gift card to Barnes & Noble! Visit www.swantonpubliclibrary.org/100-books-graduation-grades-6-12 to learn more.
