- Books and other media can be checked out for two weeks. Already borrowed items can be reserved for you.
- eBooks, digital video, and digital audiobooks are available for free download.
- Photocopies are made by the staff at a charge of 15 cents per copy per side. Copies are in black and white and can be enlarged, reduced, and copied on both sides. Color copies can be made for 25 cents per copy per side.
- Fax services are available at a charge of $3.00 for the first 20 pages. Each page after 20 is an additional 15 cents. Faxes can also be received at the library for the same fee. The library's fax number is (419) 826-1020.
- Printing is charged at 15 cents a page for black and white and 25 cents a page for color.
- Tax forms are available during tax season.
- Voter registration forms and applications for absentee voter ballots are available.
- Golden Buckeye card applications are available.
- Community room use is for library and nonprofit functions. No parties are permitted. Reservations can be made up to two months in advance and require a signed form. Please call the library, contact us, or stop in for more information.
- Ellison Dies are available for public use. The library owns several hundred dies. Please provide your own paper/materials.
- Outreach service is available. If you need books delivered to your home, please contact us to become part of this service.
- Microfilm and digital archives of the "Swanton Enterprise" are both available from 1922 on.
- Databases and online catalogs are accessible from the library or your home computer with your library card.
- Internet access is available on five OPLIN terminals. Users must sign in and hold a valid library card.
- WiFi may be used without a card. You must provide your own device.
- Two children's computers are available for games.
