Join Mark Butler, a certified instructor for Tai Chi and Qi Gong, to learn the basics of Tai Chi between 10:00 am and noon on Saturday, May 23. Mark will cover health benefits, breathing and movement, forms, and creating your own Tai Chi practice. Dress comfortably and bring drinking water.
