Gretchen’s Book Club - The Second Mrs. Astor
Join our local book club at 5:30 pm on Thursday, December 12 to discuss the historical fiction novel The Second Mrs. Astor by Shana Abe, detailing “the scandalous courtship and catastrophic honeymoon aboard the Titanic of the most famous couple of their time – John Jacob Astor and Madeleine Force,” (TSMA, 2021).
Color Me Calm for Adults
Come color your stress away while listening to music and enjoying coffee or tea on Tuesday, December 10 at 1:30 pm. All supplies will be provided, but feel free to bring some of your own.
Library Bingo Night!
Join us at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, December 18 for a night of good old-fashioned Bingo! Prizes and light refreshments will be included. No need to register; just come ready for a good time!
Toys for Pets with FCHS
Families are invited to make toys and kennel pads for the dogs and cats of the Fulton County Humane Society! Show up anytime between 3:30 pm and 5:30 pm on Tuesday, November 26. A few of FCHS’s animals will be there for you to test your toys with! All supplies provided. No registration necessary. We will also be collecting donations for FCHS; if you need ideas we have a wish list posted at the library and on the library’s Facebook.
