Fiber Arts Fiends – Wednesdays, May 14 and 28 from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. Fiber artists of all levels are invited to join.

Instructor Anna Geis will be here to show participants how to make three cards in honor of Father’s Day and the men in your life. Class fee is $7/person for three cards; all supplies are provided. This class is scheduled for 5:30 pm on Thursday, May 15. Call, stop in, or register online by May 14.

Join the local book club at 5:30 pm on Thursday, May 8 to discuss Prom Mom by Laura Lippman, “the story of Amber Glass, desperately trying to get away from her tabloid past but compulsively drawn back to the city of her youth and the prom date who destroyed everything she was reaching for,” (Prom Mom, 2023). Copies are available at the front desk.

Interested in Mahjong? A few ladies from the Senior Center will be at the library on Tuesdays in May at 2:00 pm to play the game. Feel free to come, observe, and maybe get started playing this fun game.
